2010 Pontiac Solstice GXP Coupe Own a piece of history. Pontiac made a Pre-Production build of 20- 2010 Pontiac Solstices. They made these 20 cars in the Wilmington plant. While these cars were being built, GM filed for bankruptcy. This car was built 5-7-09, right before GM filed bankruptcy. These cars were not released to dealers. They became company cars, driven by GM executives and ultimately sold to GM dealers thru closed factory car auctions. This car has not been titled, it is still on a MSO. No sales literature was ever released for the 2010 Solstice. This is one of 5 Solstice GXP Coupes that were made with a automatic transmission. The only gray one. With the demise of Pontiac and the low build of this pre production model, this car is destined to be a collectible. We have all paper documentation to backup the legitimacy of the car. The serial number ends in AY100009. This means it was number 9 in the sequence of 30 total Solstice, Skys and Opels that were produced during pre production run. It has keyless entry, 4 wheel anti lock brakes, 2.0 DOHC Turbo engine, automatic transmission, cruise control, leather seats, Onstar, power door locks, power windows, A/C, limited slip differential, 18” polished wheels and XM radio. It has full bumper to bumper warranty from GM. The Solstice now has 7114 miles on it setting in our showroom.
