- I just wanted to thank you and the staff at Guess Motors for a great experience. Typically purchasing a car is an uncomfortable, and at times, contentious experience. That was not the case here. I just wanted to say thank you so very much for all the patience and assistance you afforded my brother and me. Although I was initially disappointed that the vehicle I had come for had been sold, you helped make it matter not one iota with your willingness and graceful humor.
I believe things happen for a reason and I just wasn’t supposed to have that car and as to the Jeep I bought…I just love the thing to death! I am very comfortable driving it and I think it’s just me..you know, unpretentious and with a darn good sense of humor.
I also want to thank Gary Ray. He went the extra mile for me and I sure do appreciate it. His is most often a thankless job, but a very important one and I am most certainly happy very happy he does it so well. I am going to tell each of my friends that if they want to be treated right, they need to visit you.

Shell - 4/2/08 Dear Mr. Guess, I visited the Guess Ford Garage today for my routine oil change and tire rotation on my 2005 Ford Taurus car. I am very pleased with the service and care for my car. I am especially pleased with what seems to be several new services for customers there. First, after the work was completed, I had the complete service bill reviewed by Robert Wirkner. He explained what the technician did to examine my car and provide a routine inspection of the car. He reviewed the Multi-Point Inspection Card so I knew the status of my battery, the condition of my tires, and the outcome of the break-check. I drive daily to see patients in my job in home care. Safe functioning of my car is essential. He then reviewed the charges for the service so I understood these. Second, Mr Wirkner asked if I wanted to have a car wash. I was so pleased. I said YES and sat only a few moments until the car was washed and parked safely so I could pull out of the garage SAFELY. I support having this review of service-bill and especially for the car wash option. Thank you for employing young people in this work. I support employment of our youth here in Carrollton. I did tip the boy and appreciate his work. I drove away with a safely functioning clean car. Thank you for offering these services here in Carrollton. Gary Ruff, Minerva, OH - 7/6/07Mr Guess and all - I wanted to take a second to let you know it has been a great experience dealing with Guess Motors. I purchased a used car from you which I found on-line. First of all, the information regarding the car was accurate and represented the vehicle perfectly. Second, dealing with James Baker was great - he returned phone calls, returned emails, answered all questions and did everything he said he would. It was a simple choice to purchase the car. The car had a few mechanical problems that took some time to figure out - and needed 2 trips to your dealership to complete repairs. Scheduling and working with Ron James was another great experience. He made it easy to schedule to bring the car in, easy to pick-up and coordinate a loaner car, and was the type of guy that you want to work with. He took the time to listen and to communicate to the techs the needed details to figure out what the problem was with the car. Both James & Rob were proactive and called me to deliver status or coordinate efforts, instead of me having to call them. When I did call they were always available. Both were very flexible and understood the challenge of bringing the car in from the distance involved (Akron area 1.25 hr ride one way) and extended extreme courtesy in that matter. It was an unexpected pleasure - and I will certainly look to Guess as I look for vehicles in the future. Thanks Scott LeHoty
